Learning about my rights as a worker
In most work environments there are laws or policies in existence to protect workers from abuse or unjust treatment, whether they are at the local, national or even international level. However many workers are not aware of their rights, and many workplace injustices go undetected. Take the time to make yourself aware of the laws or policies in place to protect you and your co-workers, this way you can create a workplace that is safe and productive for everyone.
